The Interview/Menu Presentation: This class teaches how successfully set up your interview questions and processes for optimum outcome of the menu presentation. It also includes techniques for presenting products and overcoming objections. This course in done in-store with real time application.    
One day class- $375








The Complete F&I Manager: This course covers finance & insurance A to Z. Includes follow up visits for the first 6 months and you can choose from in-store or our classroom at S.D.S. The week long class is broken down in segments including how to review the credit application, lender selection and customer fact finding, interview/menu presentation and packaging deals for funding. All compliance regulations are reviewed and the F&I office set up in a completely compliant environment. 
  
In-store -$2050 *    S.D.S. Classroom- $1750




  Compliance Made Easy: This class covers all compliance regulations,  
  provides all the necessary tools to make sure your dealership is within state 
  and federal guidlines. We review all regulations in detail and help custom tailor  
  your dealership compliance procedure manual
.


 Compliance Monitoring
:
We will be your compliance officer and provide monthly
 compliance procedure checks as well as check for updates and adjust when needed.






The Credit Application: This in-store course gets the finance manager involved with the application process and interview early in the sale. In today's market the specialist involved sooner, means more sales!  One day class- $275
